Welcome to Laxmi Silk & Sarees. By shopping with us or visiting our showrooms, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our customers.

By submitting your details, you authorize Laxmi Silk & Sarees and its representatives to contact you via Bulk SMS, RCS SMS, and Verified SMS, overriding your NDNC registration. You also consent to the confidential sharing of your information with third parties for the purpose of evaluating and processing your request.

General

  • Laxmi Silk & Sarees is a retail brand offering sarees, dresses, ghagras, and women’s ethnic and western wear.

  • We currently operate three branches across Nashik, and do not offer online shopping or home delivery services at this time.

  • All purchases are to be made in-store only.

Product Availability

  • Our collections are refreshed regularly. Product availability may vary by branch and may change without prior notice.

  • In case a product is out of stock, our staff will be happy to recommend alternatives of similar design or budget.

Pricing & Discounts

  • Prices are fixed as per tags or in-store promotional offers.

  • Offers like discounts, vouchers, or schemes (e.g., Festive Coupons) are subject to conditions such as minimum bill value and are valid only during the offer period.

  • Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are valid only on the next purchase.

  • Offers may vary across branches and cannot be clubbed unless mentioned.

Returns & Exchange

  • No cash returns.

  • Exchange is allowed only for non-used, unwashed items with the original bill, and within 3 days of purchase.

  • Exchange is subject to inspection and approval by the store manager.

  • Sale items or discounted products may not be eligible for exchange.

Stitching Services

  • We offer in-house personalized stitching services for select garments.

  • Stitching charges are separate and will be informed at the time of order.

  • Once a product is given for stitching, no exchange or return is accepted.

  • Customers are requested to double-check measurements before confirming.

Customer Responsibility

  • Please retain your original purchase bill for warranty, exchange, or voucher redemptions.

  • Any damage after purchase is not the responsibility of Laxmi Silk & Sarees.

Intellectual Property

  • All logos, branding, showroom visuals, and design content are the intellectual property of Laxmi Silk & Sarees and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
